What are Noxious Weeds?
Noxious Weeds are invasive plants that are regulated under law. The B.C Weed Control Act imposes a duty on all land occupiers to control designated plants.
The purpose of the Act is to protect the province from the negative economic, environmental and recreational impacts of invasive species.
